About Us

We are a locally owned and operated business dedicated to providing a uniquely Cajun cultural and outdoor experience.  Our company was founded by Captain Jesse Morris.  Captain Morris has been running the waterways of Venice, Louisiana since he was a young child. He was 12 years old when he received his first boat as a gift, and he has been exploring the unique ecosystem of the Mississippi River delta ever since.  His vast knowledge of the area and his renowned fishing prowess make him the ideal leader of our fishing team. 

All of our guides share Captain Jesse’s passion for fishing and have been born and raised in the marshes of southern Louisiana. Each of them is Coast Guard certified and dedicated to meeting your unique personal needs and making your trip a memorable experience. And did we mention we’re located in Venice, Louisiana? If you haven’t heard of Venice, let us introduce you.

Our lodge accommodations and catering services are headed by Captain Jesse’s mother, Ms Gloria. She is the talent behind the mouth-watering Cajun meals provided to our charter guests. But luckily you don’t have to take one of our all-inclusive charter trips to sample the best cooking in the area. Ms. Gloria’s Cajun cooking is available to offshore and inland fisherman as well as local businesses and the public through our catering services. Don’t need that much food?  Then stop by and pick up one of her boxed lunches served daily.
